Affiliated with  STARR Restaurants ,  Le Zoo is an energetic celebration of French Mediterranean cooking set in Maimi’s luxe Bal Harbour Shops. Le Zoo captures the common ground between French elegance and effortless South Florida sophistication. The space is a special place where gilded Old World decor plays alongside tropical planters and lush palm trees. But style is just one part of the equation. The food, drawing inspiration from the beloved sidewalk cafes of Paris and the shores of St. Tropez alike, is built around French cheese, elegant fruits de mer and crowd-pleasing bistro classics, a culinary approach rooted in tradition. Qualified candidates will have:

• 1+ years experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated restaurant
• Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service
• Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
• Experience working with French, Mediterranean, and/or European cuisine
• A culinary degree is preferred
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Full Availability; including weekends
