Kforce has a high tech client in Sparks, NV that is looking for a long term Construction Project Manager to support the construction of the new ground up Semi truck manufacturing facility that requires exceptional talent. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a team to plan, execute and turn over Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil and Architectural work
• Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved
• Develop funding requests for new projects
• Present project status to executive leadership
• Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs
• Quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions
• Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates
