Job description
The CEO oversees all aspects of The Community Foundation, holding ultimate responsibility for its operations, sustainability, and growth. The primary focus of this role is building and nurturing relationships with donors and professional advisors to secure funds that support our mission-driven initiatives. He/She is responsible for staff oversight and board relations, strategic planning, fund and donor development, fiscal management and overseeing community grants, scholarships and foundation initiatives.
