Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic team member to lead its Information Technology Business Operations Support organization. In this position, you will lead a team that is responsible for maintaining Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations Information Technology systems and processes. We are looking for a thought leader and change agent. You must be a high energy process driven individual with a proven track record of initiating and leading change. You must have a deep knowledge of business process and have supported Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations applications. You will work directly with division functional teams to understand needs and develop a roadmap for delivering enhanced capabilities, new technology and systems.
Essential Functions:
Work directly with division leaders to develop IT strategic plan for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations to aid the business in meeting financial and operational commitments.
Improve IT operational efficiencies, lead Lean initiatives, drive cost efficiencies, and implement best practice standards and documentation.
Responsible for working with division, group and corporate resources to implement best practices for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digitial Operations.
Responsible for recruiting, developing and maintaining a high performing staff.
Develop IT budget for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations, and work with division leaders to make sure needs are prioritized and projects are funded.
Implement and maintain corporate approved information systems policies and practices and ensure that proper standards are maintained in the administration of approved policies.
Evaluate the effectiveness and competence of information technology personnel within staff by participating in form recruiting and talent development processes as outlined by employee relations and management development policies.
Keep existing systems up to date and secure by upgrading, enhancing and patching systems.
Work with corporate teams to determine systems that should be deployed at divisions or moved to corporate. Develop plans for each and execute.
Lead, motivate, coach and recruit staff.
Develop and maintain the IT budget for North America for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations, dotted line manages for EMEA, LATAM and APAC.
Own CMDB for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations portfolio.
Lead or participate on division, group, or corporate High Performance Teams where appropriate.
Actively participate in IT project reviews and stage gate processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or Equivalent with 3-5 years of managerial experience in Information Technology.
Proven track record in leading a team.
SAP ERP experience.
Business analysis experience.
Background in Lean, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution or Business Operations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven project management skills.
Excellent budget management skills.
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen or lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders].
