Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, educating, and nurturing sales leads to convert them into qualified opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and laying the groundwork for the future growth of our sales team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct qualification meetings with prospects within designated territories.
Generate qualified opportunities through effective outreach strategies.
Utilize email, phone, and social media platforms to engage with prospects.
Respond to incoming inquiries and assess interest in our products.
Collaborate with sales representatives to develop outreach strategies for target accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce CRM.
Strive to exceed monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.
Engage in ongoing team development and mentoring activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform any other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates the ability to learn and articulate complex concepts effectively.
Is proficient in conducting research and investigation.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Has a track record of achieving and surpassing performance targets.
Exhibits adaptability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Preferably has experience in B2B sales within a mixed media organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside, outside, or consultative sales roles.
Must be legally eligible to work in the country of hire without sponsorship.
