Job description
Position Title: Executive Assistant
Department: Administration
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary: The Executive Assistant will assist the CEO’s professional and personal life so that they can focus on high-level tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is an outgoing, self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment and play just as hard as we work. Success is achieved by being proactive, efficient, and with the use of high judgement to prioritize, plan, and execute key administrative tasks.
Essential Job Functions
- Support the CEO in all administrative functions including calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, and business-related initiatives.
- Manage highly sensitive communications while maintaining confidentiality of all corporate financial and business information.
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, make judgements and recommendations to ensure day to day engagements.
- Manage day to day administration, coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Continuously align on priorities and company initiatives with the CEO, providing perspective, and manage accompanying tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform other personal or executive related tasks and projects, as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Preferred Talents
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Officer, Adobe, and DocuSign, or similar.
- Basic Accounting experience – receivables and payables.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Three (3) years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar.
