Team (Project) Introduction 9th Way Insignia is looking for a Help Desk Intake Analyst for an exciting project supporting the VA (Veterans Affairs). The project supports the Implementation of the Veterans Self Service Portal and enables the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Professional Level Information A Jr. System Analyst aligns as a consultant 2, at 9th Way Insignia. This position will be responsible for the intake and processing of Help Desk Tickets.
Functional Job (LCAT) Information A Consultant completes tasks and projects of moderate scope and complexity. A Consultant exercises best judgement and problem-solving skills within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action to execute assignments. As a consultant, you may provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals as well as offer support to other employees and customers.
Responsibilities This position will be responsible for the following:
- Work with MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office and SharePoint as well as custom developed applications.
- Open, track and close trouble tickets assigned daily, and track activities.
- Interfacing with many levels of VA Staff.
- Work normal business hours M-F, with off-hours support required to complete high-priority tickets.
Requirements - This position requires previous experience with ticketing systems and managing tickets or monitored tasks.
- Must have experience with supporting end-user, stakeholders, and external / internal teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required to interface with various levels of stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
Salary Range The salary range for this position is $47,794.00 -$58,000.00.
