Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales expectations and profitability objectives in accordance with approved plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
- Exhibit the highest level of Integrity, honesty and transparency in all activities .
- Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for customers daily either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside of the dealership.
- Demonstrate features and benefits of trucks and up-fit equipment to customers, including test drives.
- Utilize CRM to track inside and outside sales calls.
- Participate and attend in all approved industry associations and applicable events.
- Maintain training requirements and stay up to date on state laws and regulations.
- Continually study truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and applications.
- Foster teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
- Travel to customers locations and develop relationships to ensure future business.
- Follow all current company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Required
- Two to Four years related experience and/or training; Preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must pass a background check and drug test
