Job description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15 years of experience with conducting planning, collecting and analyzing sizable amounts of data related to intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems
- Experience with developing analytical methodologies necessary to produce major issue studies and strategic evaluation report of national importance
- Knowledge of intelligence community agencies with cross domain intelligence sources
- Ability to proactively communicate in writing and through briefings and engage senior client leaders in offering innovative approaches
- Bachelor’s degree
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with data normalization, development of terms of reference, multifaceted evaluation techniques, use of statistical methods to perform cost effectiveness analysis, financial analysis, risk analysis, and sensitivity analysis
- Experience with DoD Program Budget Decisions, or the Intelligence Community’s Major Issue Studies and Strategic Evaluation Reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Operations Research, CS, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Risk Management
CLEARANCE:
- TS/SCI with CI polygraph minimum
