Leading trade show exhibit/display company specializing in creating captivating and innovative exhibition solutions for clients across various industries. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering memorable brand experiences, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Project Manager for our trade show exhibit/display company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure that our clients' visions are brought to life seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Budget Management:
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Monitor and report on budgetary status throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
Team Coordination:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, production staff, and installation crews.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members to meet project goals.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and reviews to identify and address any issues promptly.
Timeline Management:
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays or obstacles.
- Implement strategies to optimize project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
Installation Supervision:
- Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring that displays are set up according to specifications.
- Coordinate logistics and resolve any challenges encountered during installation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Exhibit Construction, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the trade show exhibit/display industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
