As a BDC sales specialist, you will be responsible for being on a team trained to handle scripted inbound/outbound calls and setting appointments for members of the sales team. Position Details:
- Handling scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers
- Confidently making outbound calls to set appointments for the sale team
- Respond to customer email & chats
- Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
- Log customer information and purify database
Requirements:
- Experience handling in/outbound calls is a plus
- Call center and inside sales experience is a plus
- Coachable and trainable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization & ability to multi-task
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently
- Strong PC and internet skills
