Who You Are:

• Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor's Degree (Plus) 
• Paralegal Experience Supporting Land Use Attorneys
• Must have in-depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles
• Maintains a professional, courteous manner with all clients, vendors and fellow employees
• Strong technical skills (iManage or similar document management system, Microsoft office products)

What You Will Be Doing?

• Handles Paralegal responsibilities to support Attorneys in Land Use Department
• Assists with drafting of documents related to land use applications, zoning, granting of easements, real estate purchases or sales and loan transactions
• Examines title reports and assists with property research
• Updates and maintains databases
• Identifies and analyzes complex issues and problems and recommends and implements solutions
• Interacts with clients in person and by email or phone
• Coordinates, manages and follows through on projects including following up with attorneys to ensure projects are on track and completed
