Responsibilities Recruiter include but are not limited to:
· Reviews job descriptions and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.
· Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree is required. 4-6 years of experience.
· Needs experience with Light industrial recruiting.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel
