Title : System Support Analyst
Location : Federal Way WA 98003
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
35 hour work week

Description:
Training schedule - Day shift 9am - 5pm, after training, worker must be ok to work on 2nd shift - 2:30pm - 9:30pm. Times may vary ~ 9am - 9:30pm are working hours

-"Under supervision provides support, maintenance and operation of electronic and electromechanical systems used to produce publications or products at various corporate locations.
-Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; must be electrically inclined
-Supports desktop and server hardware, operating systems, middleware, messaging, and network architectures.
-Monitors and analyzes the operation of systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
-Identifies and resolves problems utilizing structured troubleshooting methods, techniques, and tools for systems, applications, data communications and electromechanical equipment.
-Prepares and maintains standard operating procedures, documents, drawings, and system documentation, including operating manuals. Rely on their mechanical and technical background to troubleshoot issues with a variety of industrial mechanical components
-Maintain and repair production machinery, forklifts, cranes, boilers, pumps, conveyors, etc.
-Prioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectives
-Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alike
-Comply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practices
-Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
-Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
-Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks
-Perform other related duties as assigned
-Ensuring all equipment is maintained according to supplier guidelines. This includes conveyors, cranes, printing machinery, fire protection, pallet-handling equipment, dock doors, and other mechanical systems.
-Performing planned preventative maintenance and repairs in a timely and safe manner, with minimal impact on normal operations
-Troubleshoot and fix problems with control systems low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
-Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
-Hands-on maintenance of machinery and equipment
-Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs PLC / computer-controlled equipment
-Ability to safely affect adjustments to a variety of programs that currently exist and adapt to new programs
-Identifies, adjusts, and replaces components used in automated machinery
-Ensures complete documentation of repairs
-Troubleshooting, adjusting, and replacing AC and DC electrical equipment such as batteries, control stations, fuses, motor starters, relays, switches, timers, servo-driven equipment, photo electrical devices, transducers, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's) and encoders
-Performing preventive maintenance inspections of plant equipment such as conveyors, bulk carts, and power industrial equipment.
