Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Wireless Creative is an in-house creative team within the Marketing department focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, design expertise and an invested passion for our brands, Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile, Gen Mobile. - Creates engaging motion design and animated content to support Paid and Organic Social channels across Boost Mobile
- Visual storyteller with strong understanding of design principles for brand campaigns
- Experience developing custom creative for Facebook, Instagram, linkedIn and X/Twitter, tiktok plus an awareness of new emerging platforms
- Highly motivated to work through problems independently and multi-task
- Demonstrates ability to successfully produce creative from conception to completion
- Conceptualizes and produces creative content for enterprise social media channels
- Presents strategy and creative concepts internally and to requesters
- Collaborate with creative team throughout the process to ensure excellent results
- Manipulates stock photos, stock footage and integrates motion graphics to produce impactful creative
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- BA or equivalent plus 4+ years working in an internal or agency environment
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effect, Illustrator, Premier, and Photoshop)
- Advanced knowledge of 3D is a plus
- Strong experience with image compression, file correction and optimization techniques
- Highly organized, including clear external and internal file management
- Able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work independently and take initiative
- Very experienced in social space with trends, posting and best practices
- Team Player
- Decision-making
- Figma skills a plus
- Familiarity with Mid Journey (AI Art Tool) a plus
