What You Will Be Doing:
The Inside Sales Engineer serves as a point of contact for clients, manufacturers, and sales engineers. To give general information, servicing, maintenance, and repair updates pertaining to the various stages of the project or product, constant contact is necessary.
· Examine customers' bid calendars.
· Communicate with the customer as needed to gather blueprints, specifications, and pertinent bid documents.-Make submission materials for different products.
· Collaborate with sales engineers to secure submittal approval. · Give factories orders. · In ATC CRM, enter stock orders. · Transfer shipment details from the factory to the client. · Communicate as needed with the CRM coordinators and credit team.
