Clearance: The majority of positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

Identify appropriate collection access points, collection methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and satisfy specific collection requirements. Take an active role in developing, planning, and coordinating the deployment of collection systems. Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for Access programs, collaborate with collection architecture developers, signal analysts, network analysts, computer scientists, and external agencies to acquire, maintain, and maximize access to global communications. Possess and maintain an awareness of collection, processing, and forwarding systems and architecture.

-TS/SCI with Poly

-Responsible for technical ELINT signals analysis, parameter exploitation and dissemination of findings for developmental and operation systems.

-Provide insight, advice, mentoring, and technical guidance to other contractors and government analysts on analysis problems encountered by the SIGINT community and its customer.

- Ability to screen and decimate large data files to meet customer requirements, use signal analysis tools, techniques, and procedures to make precise measurements of SIGINT parameters, conduct mission collaboration/fusion, update parametric findings in National Level databases, write and disseminate findings to community stakeholders.

 

Five (5) years of directly related intelligence analysis experience with NSA, one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency. SIGE 2810 / SIGE3180 and SIGE 4810 courses preferred but not required.
