About the Role:
Join our team as a Transaction Manager and play a pivotal role in managing real estate transaction activities for our corporate clients. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing transaction strategies, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless execution of lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact in the realm of commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement real estate plans aligned with client objectives, ensuring strategic goals are met.
- Act as both landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent, adeptly negotiating terms and conditions for various commercial real estate products.
- Coordinate field broker selection and resources, facilitating client approval for transaction execution.
- Prepare a variety of analyses and documents including market reports, RFPs, letters of intent, and broker opinions.
- Lead negotiations for lease renewals, amendments, and property acquisitions/dispositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between service lines.
- Maintain comprehensive transaction records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve landlord and tenant disputes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 4-6 years of relevant transaction experience.
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson license.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining strong client relationships.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $85,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
