Our team at the Civil Group, Integrated Missions Operation (IMO), Climate, Energy & Environment (CEE) Division is on the lookout for a dynamic and accomplished Director to spearhead our Climate Portfolio. The Role:
As the Director for the Climate Portfolio, you will be at the helm of a dedicated team of climate and mission support professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Leadership: Lead and inspire the climate group to ensure both external contractual obligations and internal performance commitments are met with excellence.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our valued customers and business partners, while also exploring new opportunities to expand our market presence.
Business Acumen: Demonstrate unwavering ethical conduct that fosters professional growth, employee engagement, and continuous staff development.
Program Management: Oversee the cost, schedule, and technical performance of our programs, including business development initiatives, program investments, and strategic growth planning.
Talent Management: Implement initiatives to support talent retention, skills development, and the cultivation of critical capabilities essential for our ongoing success.
Operations Oversight: Provide strategic management oversight for day-to-day operations and task execution, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the board.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients at various levels to understand their needs, present proposed action plans, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Mentorship: Lead by example, motivating and guiding our team members to excel, achieve program objectives, and uphold a culture of exceptional customer service and personal accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Sciences or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in leading climate and mission support programs.
- Proven expertise in preparing technical and cost proposals, with a keen understanding of resource estimating, scheduling, and assumption management.

Remote Opportunity: This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Pay Range: $122,200.00 - $220,900.00 (Please note that this is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors will be considered when extending an offer.)
