Concept Plus is seeking a Project Manager for an Operations, Maintenance and Enhancement (OME) effort for a NIFA reporting system technology stack, specifically the DevSecOps tier and the Application tier.
- The DevSecOps Tier consists of the following major components: OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- The Application Tier is built in Java, using the Spring Framework, residing on a Tomcat application server. The backend database is MySQL.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the single point of contact for NRS OME.
- Provides overarching leadership for our NRS delivery team.
- Interfaces to ITSD-NIFA COR, POs, and NRS stakeholders to deliver capability that meets NIFA and stakeholder requirements.
- Reviews and submits NRS OME deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Familiar with MS Project 2010 or greater
- Ability to effectively manage staff
- Strive to have a logical, analytical, and creative approach to solving problems
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Good time management skills to plan and organize team work
- US Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
