As our company experiences rapid growth, we are excited to announce an opportunity for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Vice President of Sales for North America. This is a pivotal role aimed at establishing our presence in the U.S. market and spearheading our commercial endeavors. This position is perfect for a dynamic, motivated sales professional passionate about making a difference in the travel healthcare industry.

Position Overview:

Join us in this transformative phase as our Vice President of Sales. This role is central to our journey toward profitability and global expansion. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, the successful candidate will be instrumental in developing our sales strategy and expanding our footprint in North America, our most significant market.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in the U.S.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, business development, and relationship management.
Design and implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to fuel our growth, in collaboration with teams across the company.
Drive sales strategy and execution, mindful of the impact on both revenue and profitability.
Analyze market trends and sales data to seize opportunities, crafting strategies to meet and surpass sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers, working closely with our customer success team to enhance our market position.
Set regional sales targets with senior management, overseeing the recruitment, development, and performance of the sales team.
Ensure synergy with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to foster commercial growth.
Candidate Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in consultative sales leadership, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a knack for strategic thinking and a results-driven approach.
Experience in the insurance industry, with strategic connections at decision-making levels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset, adept at using data for decision-making.
Leadership skills, with the potential to build and mentor a high-performing team.
Willingness to travel, including some international trips.
Adaptable, comfortable with change, and committed to long-term growth.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
