The Senior Engineer provides controls electrical engineering support to the assigned UAP cell and assists maintenance in supporting the plant through trouble shooting problem solving methodologies to eliminate down time and decrease quality defects to the customer. The Process Control Engineer will also write create modify programs to meet the plant objectives as well as maintain warranty and OEM liabilities.- Trouble shooting and programming PLCs preferably Siemens
- Trouble shooting and programming vision inspection systems
- Robotics Linear and articulating
- Lean assembly line balancing, visual factory, Kanban
- Responsible for the process design and implementation
- Support continuous improvement
- Support production through problem solving and participation in QRCI process
- Assist production with trouble shooting and programming
- At least 5 years experience in automotive manufacturing
- Preferably a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or technical discipline.
- Auto CAD, Electrical and mechanical, Multiple controls logic languages software programming, robot programming, robot programming.
