Job description

As the President of Pinnacle Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the company to achieve financial success and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams. The President will play a pivotal role in maintaining client and subcontractor relationships, ensuring a positive company image, and steering the organization in alignment with the Vision Traction Organizer (VTO). This individual is responsible for oversight of all company operations including construction, project management, safety, and quality control.

This position will be based full time in our Willoughby Hills, Ohio office with regular travel to Pinnacle job sites required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:
    1. Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet to ensure the financial health of the organization.
    2. Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality and safety standards.
  2. Operational Oversight:
    1. Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, and finance functions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    2. Foster collaboration and harmony between different departments to achieve company goals.
  3. Relationship and Stakeholder Management:
    1. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with subcontractors and clients to enhance collaboration and project success.
    2. Foster strong connections, evaluate and make strategic decisions related to the engagement or disengagement of subcontractors and clients, aligning decisions with company values and strategic objectives.
    3. Maintain a strong relationship with the bonding agent to ensure adequate financial support for projects.
  4. Human Resources:
    1. Oversee recruiting and separation processes, ensuring the recruitment of skilled professionals who align with the company's values.
    2. Manage company's accountability program to ensure the fulfillment of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    3. Foster a positive company culture and employee satisfaction.
