Job Title: Multifamily Superintendent
Location: Hampton Roads Area
Salary: $100k - $135k DOE + bonus/per diems/allowances
Requirements: 3+ years superintendent experience in multifamily construction

We are hiring a Superintendent to join our team in the Hampton Roads, area. This individual will be responsible for job site safety, project documentation, field staff and subcontractor management, and more. Additionally, they will provide design insight and collaborate with the Project Manager and Director of Field Operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage schedule, track progress, and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion of the project
- Manage construction budget by tracking expenses and deliveries
- Accurately document pictures, schedules, punch lists, etc. throughout the project
- Oversee the construction site and ensure safety throughout the duration of the project
- Communicate with client and internal team members (project managers, estimators, preconstruction professionals)
What You Need for this Position
3+ years in Multifamily construction, additional experience in commercial construction is a plus.
- Ground-up construction experience
- Structural concrete and wood-framing background
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, AutoDesk, etc.
- Project history of 10 mil+
