Job description

A large hospital system in Eugene, OR is seeking a Nurse Manager for their Inpatient Rehabilitation department.

The Position:

• Full-Time, 8 Hour Variable shifts

• Coordinates activies on the unit

• Responsible for the costs, methods, and staffing of 24-hour department

• Receive objectives and use resources to meet schedules and goals

• Manage appropriate staffing levels

• Responsible for financial results

• Coordination and Collaboration with other departments

• May perform patient care duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• BSN or MSN Required

• 2 years progressive leadership experience

• 3 years related nursing experience

• Current Oregon Nursing License

• Financial and budgetary knowledge

• BLS, ACLS
