Our Residential Property Management client is seeking a Property Accountant to perform Month end close. In this role, the candidate will perform General Ledger Management, Journal Entries, Prepaids, and AP/AR functions using Yardi software. • Perform Month end close
• Process Journal Entries, Prepaids, and Accruals
• Prepare Prepaids and Amortization schedules
• Prepare Financial Statements
• Interpret Lease Language

• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or related
• Yardi experience, required
• Real estate experience required  
• Microsoft Excel experience
