As an IT Systems Engineer - Intune/Entra Admin, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing and supporting solutions that involve mobile devices as well as identity and authentication for our Customer and Enterprise Applications within Entra. You will work with various vendors, application owners, and end users to ensure the security, performance, and usability of our mobile and identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hands on Intune management of iOS, Android & Windows devices.
• Architect solutions to opportunities presented by business within Intune. Partner with vendors on support and create knowledge to hand off to vendor support for repeatable processes.
• Assist in administrative tasks requested from business and Intune object management. This requires PowerShell and Excel experience.
• Work with application vendors or owners on implementing Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and all components that come along with enterprise application identity integrations.
• Assist in managing Workforce & Customer Identity within Entra ID.
• Managing Conditional Access and Multi Factor Authentication for supported devices.
• Deep collaboration sessions with Lead Systems Engineer for in depth Tier III mobile / Intune issues.
• Partial management of other 365 Admin platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)

Qualifications

• Ability and confidence to take initiative on finding solutions, utilizing all tools available to research, test and solve.
• 5+ years work experience in Information Technology.
• Communication and soft skills to work with end users and vendors.
• 1-3 years in Microsoft Intune experience or other Mobile Device Management platform.
• 1-2 years experience in On-Prem and Azure Active Directory. Understanding groups and OU structuring.
• Understanding difference between Group policy and MDM configurations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift computer and networking equipment.
