About the Position: Hiring a Property Manager with industrial property management experience that is capable of being fundamentally responsible for the overall property management duties for the assigned portfolio of on-airport properties within the assigned region. Ensuring operations and maintenance of properties is in order, managing tenant needs, oversight of contracts, staff, and capital projects. Overall growth and maximization of value on their assigned portfolio. This position can operate from a general office setting or work-from-home with mandatory 40% travel to portfolio sites. Requirements: 4 year Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, or a related industry is preferred. Must have 4 years of prior Property Management experience with an INDUSTRIAL focus. Proven knowledge of commercial lease/contract administration. Proven understanding of industrial mechanical and building systems. Experience with Yardi software preferred.
