A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking a full-time associate for its litigation

practice. As an Attorney specializing in Business & Employment Litigation at our firm, your role will be pivotal in providing invaluable legal counsel and guidance to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging and interesting cases

representing businesses covering employment and business law issues before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Expectations & Qualifications:

• In-Office Schedule, hybrid after 6 months
• 2 years of litigation experience within Business or Employment Law
• Manage caseload and meet deadlines
• Strategic thinker and excellent business judgment
• Excellent written, oral, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Active Membership in the CA State Bar required in good standing
• Discovery, motions, pleadings, oral arguments, and trial practice a plus
