Job description

Stevens Ford is seeking a talented and ambitious Automotive Sales Consultant to join our multi-franchise automotive group. The Automotive Sales Consultant plays a critical and strategic role in the organization helping to drive company growth, profitability and sales volume. The right candidate has a combination of quantitative and interpersonal skills enabling them to successfully assist new and used car buyers with their evaluation and purchasing needs. As with all positions within our dealerships, Automotive Sales Consultants are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and delight the customer in every step of their automobile buying experience. Must be a results-driven salesperson to sell cars and value-adding services such as maintenance plans, warranties, etc., directly to customers. Responsibilities will include understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to customers and potential customers. To be successful, you should be up to date with all the latest developments in the motor vehicle industry and have a passion for sales. You should be able to identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and close the deal without being aggressive. Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
