Receiving Team Member Location Missoula, MT (Rose Park area) :
JOB SUMMARY
Partner with other receiving team members to receive deliveries, breakdown and sort pallets, stock shelves, fill bulk orders, and maintain stocking area.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Break down and sort pallets.
- Cut box-tops and rotate stock.
- Stock shelves, pick bulk orders.
- Maintain tags, location stickers, and stocking area.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Partner with the warehouse team and take direction from supervisors to ensure efficiency.
- Safely and competently operate a forklift, all required technology, and any other materials handling equipment in the warehouse.
- Will perform all tasks safely and to the best of their ability and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Forklift certified with past experience.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- Must understand and follow warehouse practices and procedures.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must be physically able to access all areas of the warehouse.
- Must be open to receiving on-the-job training by supervisory personnel.
- Must be able to report to work on time and ready to work as well as work overtime when requested.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience doing similar work preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift and transport a minimum of 30 lbs. on a consistent basis and up to 70 lbs. intermittently.
- Must be able to stoop, twist, bend squat, kneel, reach at, below or above the shoulder.
- Must be able to walk and stand on concrete floors up to 12 or more hours per day.
- Maintain performance in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established distribution quotas and standards.
- Tolerate temperatures ranging from (-) 20 degrees in the freezer, to 115 degrees in the truck van.
