Job description
Lead Force Structure Documenter : Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Qualifications: Minimum
Eight years of Army FM experience demonstrated expertise in Army FM Documentation. Minimum Five years of
experience with Army force management/force structure plans, programs, actions (Command Plan, Total Army
Analysis, Global Force Management (GFM), force documentation support to major transformations, force design
updates, BOIP and modernization, Organizational requirements and related projects). Significant experience with
the Army force management data requirements as they relate to the Joint Staff, people, business, and warfighter
system operations is also considered valuable. Must understand hierarchical command-control, capabilities
organizational relationships and structure of Army units at all levels. Must understand the technical aspects of the
building blocks of force documentation: manpower, personnel, equipment, readiness, capabilities, operating vs.
generating, war fighting vs. supporting/infrastructure, modernization, operating environment, functional/mission
areas (combat, support, sustainment, aviation, medical, etc.). Must hold a security clearance at the TOP SECRETSCI
level.
The location for this position includes: Fort Belvoir, Fort Leavenworth, KS; Fort Gregg-Adams, VA.
