How you'll make an impactWe are seeking energetic, dynamic, competitive individuals who are passionate about sales and ready to jump-start their careers in the insurance industry. Successful candidates will be hired for a marketing representative role with Hanover XS an RPS Company and enrolled in an unparalleled training-and-development program for their first two years. The program is designed to develop candidates into elite salespeople who can develop meaningful business relationships, drive results and build a long-term career in the industry. Each new hire receives a detailed training plan outlining expectations and how the companies will invest in their development, and they will be assigned a dedicated sales mentor who will provide one-on-one coaching and support. As part of a national program, new hires also have the opportunity to network with other participants, who are also launching their careers, from around the country.
Job requirements:
The 50/50 Program is a joint venture between USLI and Hanover XS an RPS Company. Candidates should be prepared for a challenge, as the program is rigorous but equally rewarding for those who complete it.
