Role: Quality Coordinator
Location: Livermore, CA
Duration : 6 Months
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
Job Description:
- The Quality Coordinator collects all pertinent information regarding Client complaints and documents these complaints in a manner that is in accordance with the FDA regulations governing our business.
- The Coordinator assists in the investigation and resolution of all quality concerns and works closely with Division Quality Assurance, Medical Safety and Surveillance, Legal, Regulatory and Public Affairs. Associates degree or comparable experience preferred.

Note:
- Looking for CAPA exp. complaints, trend analysis, creating metrics.
- Regulated industry exp. Great to have a tech background.
- If candidates have experience in CAPA then that is tech exp.
- Coordinating complaints.
- Some knowledge of root cause analysis.
- Ideally all qualified candidates will have tech background and experience in CAPA's.
- Interviews will be virtual and either one or two rounds depending on candidates.
