Sales Representative

We are seeking a Windshield Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling automotive windshield products and services to clients across the state of Florida. Don’t have experience? Don’t worry! Training is offered for those who have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, are self-motivated, and have the drive to succeed.

Compensation Structure:

• 100% Commission Based Opportunity (Uncapped Potential)
• $80 to $140 Per Windshield Sale (Pending Insurance Client Utilizes)
• Extra $50 Per Windshield Sale that requires Camera Recalibration
• Weekly Bonus Structure for Additional Income Potential - Details Can Be Provided

Employment Options:

Call Center Sales Representative

• Sarasota Office Based - Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM

In Field Sales Representative

• 9 AM Daily Meetings at Sarasota Office
• Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM
• Travel on some weeks requires up to 3 Hours of Travel a day (varies)

Requirements:

This role does not require any previous work experience in the Automotive Glass Products or Sales industry, we offer comprehensive training to hone your skills. Additionally, we do not have any Education requirements. All that we ask is that you have the following:

• A valid Florida Driver’s License and proof of Insurance
• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
• A self-motivated and driven attitude to achieve and surpass sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales initiatives by actively promoting and selling automotive windshield products and services to a diverse client base - you can also build your book of business
• Initiate contact and establish rapport with major insurance companies such as Geico, Progressive, and others.
• Skillfully manage claims processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Efficiently complete invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
• Drug Testing will be administered with both of these openings however a Medical Marijuana Card is accepted
