**THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE - 20 HOURS PER WEEK
The Training Coordinator ensures the smooth running of the GPPM Learning and Development Initiatives and supports our Great Place to Work.
Responsibilities
Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions and meetings.
Create and maintain training records
Creating content for social media to include design and content writing
Prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
Exceptional organization skills and interpersonal skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities both verbal and written
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Strong PowerPoint skills
Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency with Teams and SharePoint
Ability to onboard quickly and be open to new technologies, such as AI
Ability to work independently
