DAY-TO-DAY:
You will be responsible for buy-side and sell-side tax transaction advisory engagements for middle market companies in various industries, as well as private equity investors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of taxation experience in a public accounting firm
- Masters degree is HIGHLY preferred, but we are open to Bachelor's degrees DOE
- Active CPA or EA
Salary: $100K- $170K/yr DOE
