With Fiesta, we are looking to train and license qualified candidates for Tax Preparation, Insurance Services and DMV licensing. We pay to train and offer our agents commission PLUS hourly pay!

Our team of professionals will ask you questions to accurately determine your tax liability, identify all the deductions you’re entitled to, and work to get you the biggest refund you deserve. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries and policy changes
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell insurance products to clients
• Process insurance quotes, applications, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
