Now hiring for a Scheduler/Dispatcher

Compensation: $19 to $22 DOE

Employment type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Dispatch Board
• Support field service technicians to various projects/jobs
• Follow-up with service technicians to verify tasks complete
• Maintain positive relationships with all customers
• Technical review of Service performed in the field daily
• Provide and facilitate interface between customer service and field operations
• Coordinate various paperwork/documentation generated by field technicians

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and relationship skill, high level of both verbal and written communication skills, strong HVAC technical skills, computer literacy, highly organized, ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining high level of professionalism and a great attitude. Must be a team player with the ability to work in a high-paced environment.
