Native English speaker, standard spoken pronunciation
Bachelor degree or above, major in education/teacher training is preferred
Non-education/teaching major with at least 2 year English teaching experience or Tefl or Tesol certificate

Responsible, good at creating a good atmosphere in class and inspiring students' enthusiasm for learning
To meet the requirements for Z visa, proof of no criminal record, medical certificate, educational certificate and proof of no criminal record should be certified by the Chinese Embassy
