What you will be doing:

 

· Performs advanced maintenance procedures and repairs.

· Provides guidance and instruction to less experienced maintenance staff.

· Specializes in the maintenance and repair of specific systems. 

· Troubleshoots electrical and HVAC systems. 

· Ensures that all work complies with safety regulations and standards. 

· Addresses maintenance work orders promptly and appropriately.

· Maintains accurate and detailed records of maintenance work and its completion. 

· Identifies the proper equipment or machinery needed to complete a repair. 

· Conducts routine property inspections and addresses maintenance concerns.

· Monitors and orders supplies and materials for maintenance tasks as needed. 

· Collaborates with the property management team and delivers maintenance reports on each property. 

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

What you will need:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Minimum of 1 year of technical training in a maintenance- related experience. 

· Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.

· Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. 

· HVAC certification is strongly preferred. 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

· Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by required deadlines.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 

· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. 

· Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools. 

· Ability to learn and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations. 

· Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and blueprints. 

· Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time. 

· Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.

· Ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers. 

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time. 

USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
