Job Purpose

Provides general support to Accounting and Finance departments to gain exposure and experience in desired field of study.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process improvements: Evaluate existing processes; identify improvement opportunities such as process flow optimization, increased automation, leveraging analytical tools and implement/support projects to effect improved processes.
• Develop policies, procedures, swim-lane process maps and work instructions for the new processes.
• Support the team with current projects and initiatives.
• Assist with special assignments.
• Observe team members and learn about their role in the business.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate should be a graduate student or enrolled in undergraduate program related to Finance, Accounting, etc.
• The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and written skills, strong quantitative and computer skills.
