Looking for the right Case Management RN to join a team of compassionate and driven health care professionals. 700 bed Level 1 Trauma center and Teaching hospital. Coastal Maine location about 2 hours north of Boston.Coastal Maine location about 2 hours north of Boston.

Required Qualifications

Years of Experience: 2. 1. ME or Compact RN license 2. Recent acute care discharge planning experience 3. BLS
