Construction Tower Foreman

Wisper is seeking a full-time non-exempt Construction Tower Foreman to join our Construction Department in our Joplin, MO location, (weekly local travel. In this role, the primary responsibility will be complete installations as well as test, analyze and troubleshoot issues within our wireless network with minimal guidance for tasks performed. The Construction Tower Foreman will be responsible for leading travel teams on-site and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety. This position does require 75% overnight travel within our Midwest network.

Essential Job Functions
•Successfully complete all Construction Tower Tech Tier 1-3 qualifications within 60 days of hire
•Execute New Site Builds on time & within budget
•Train & mentor Tier 1 & Tier 2 Tower Techs
•Coordinate & schedule tower work with Tier 3 TowerTechs & Department Manager
•Create & execute Scope of Work to include creatingrequired parts lists for non-network Tower equipment
•Sign off on Billing of Materials & communicate anymaterial issues before deployment
•Oversee up to two Tower crews at a time including anysubcontractors working on-site
•Timely completion of any assigned administrative tasks
•Understand & implement in-house systems for projectmanagement
•Effectively perform punch walks both internal & external
•Communicate any issues on-site to management withpossible solutions
•Work with Networking to ensure site connectivity
•Facilitate Close of Project documentation for each sitecompleted
•Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent •Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience in a TowerTech Tier 3 role or equivalent •Minimum of 1 year experience in fiber or electricaltroubleshooting •Ability to climb up to 1000ft while adhering to all safetyprocedures •Minimum 2 years proven crew leadership experience •Minimum 2 years experience rigging & mounting towermounted equipment
•Valid driver's license
•Ability to be added to the company auto insurance policy
•Weekend, after-hours, & on-call rotation work availability isrequired
•Regular & predictable attendance
•Legally authorized to work in country of employmentwithout requiring sponsorship for employment visa status,now or in the future
•Must pass a background check, MVR & drug screen

•Experience with CAD welding •Experience with industry closeout procedures •Familiarity with wireless equipment •Personal accountability in prioritization •Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships •Possess a desire to learn, supported with a love of technology

Working Conditions
•Fast-paced environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities•Work may be performed outdoors & in all weather conditions & in an office setting indoors•Work is performed at tower-level heights and in tight spaces
Physical Requirements: Light: Lifting 0-10 lbs. Moderate: Lifting 0-25 lbs. X-Heavy: Lifting 25+ lbs.
