As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in running the day to day of the team while also expanding our real estate team by recruiting, hiring, and training a team of dedicated real estate agents.

This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Operations Team in creating highly efficient systems and processes while maintaining a high level of client experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the sales team's strategic vision, offering insights on market trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for hiring real estate agents by sourcing top talent through multiple channels and aligning hiring decisions with company values and culture.
- Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for new agents, offering continuous coaching and support to help them excel, while fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development within the team.
- Set performance expectations and sales targets, providing guidance and support to agents while monitoring performance and KPIs to drive improvements through increased conversion.
- Maintain high standards for professionalism, ethics, and client experience in your leadership role. Additionally, exhibit strong leadership skills by offering actionable recommendations for improvement when objectives are not met.
- Operate across tactical, strategic, and operational levels, managing projects that transcend organizational structures or leadership domains, and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on sales and recruitment metrics, utilizing data analysis to optimize team performance. Additionally, take responsibility for overseeing financial systems, budget maintenance, and generating financial reports.

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred (MBA is a plus).
