Job description
Adecco is assisting a local aircraft engine parts warehouse recruiting for a Customer Service Representative located in Jupiter, FL . These is a long-term (Temp - to Hire) assignment opportunity. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
The
CSR responsibility in support of all services required by any of the shared account as it pertains to preparing orders, handling returns, with all daily tasks as required by account.
Responsibilities: - Managing the day-to-day activities of order preparations
- Processing all customer returns, inclusive of opening boxes and scanning product to enter in the system
- Organizing workflow with warehouse in order preparation for shipping
- Handling of emails and requests by customer
- Data entry , scanning
- Processing inbound shipments in CIEL FW WMS software system
- Maintain open order inbound and outbound logs
- Processing orders, producing and reconciling business documents, and continuously facilitate communication with management
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
- Provide assistance to customer with problems and resolutions
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
- Organize, scan and file shipping and receiving digital pictures
- Obtain , provide and maintain proof of deliveries
- Misc. tasks to manage accounts requests
- Regularly facilitate instructions on the floor
- Interact and possible lifting of cases up to 25 lbs.
- Manage inventory with warehouse associates

Skills and Experiences: - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Must be very detail oriented, thorough and accurate.
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
