We are Melanbo Opco LLC. a franchisee of Bojangles Inc. Our Shift Managers are a key component in running shifts in our restaurants. Being a Shift Manager at Bojangles is more than just a job. You will work alongside fellow team members, peers and management staff to assist in ensuring productive shifts. Leading by example, motivating the hourly team members, taking initiative and delivering outstanding customer service is a must for this position.

Requirements :

• Experience with Restaurant Leadership in QSR industry with experience managing a team.
• Control labor, food and cash according to procedures
• Help develop team members to improve performance and earnings
• Complete daily inventories
• Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
• Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
• Understanding that your success depends on the success of others
