Job description
Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist - Lead Technologist to join one of our top clients in Charlottesville, VA.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Faculty Advisor and the Laboratory Manager the Section Leader is responsible for planning maintaining and monitoring all of the functions within a defined scope of testing within the department including ensuring that the department meets all standards set forth by CAP TJC CMS and AABB.
Responsibilities:
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Salary Range and Shift:
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Compliance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act & Amendments (CLIA)
Experience: 3 years in a high complexity lab
Licensure: MLT, MT, or categorical ASCP or equivalent required.
