Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Provide exceptional service to tenants and owners
• Coordinate vendors and work orders
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Process move-ins and move-outs
• Negotiate and write lease agreements
• Resolve tenant complaints
• Lease enforcement
• Some travel to rental properties
• Process lease renewals
• Onboard new properties and owners
• Take photos of homes
• Post rental listings
• Complete rental market analysis
• Draw up lease agreements
• Help streamline processes
• Duties will vary day to day and are essential to keeping the company operating smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Have a Missouri real estate license or willingness to obtain a license within 3 months
• Tech-savvy
• Detail oriented
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Independent
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Positive energy
• Excited about learning new things and growing
• Great with people and enjoy new challenges
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Bonus points if you have experience in Appfolio, Tenant Turner, Lead Simple, and other property management software.
