Position Highlights:
- Position : Patient Support Associate
- Location : Des Plaines, IL
- Full Time/Part Time : Full Time
- Hours : Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, shifts may vary depending on coverage and business needs

What you will need: - Education : High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.
- Certification:N/A
- Experience : One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred. On the job training is provided for those who do not have previous medical assistant training or experience.
What you will do: - Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Collect co-payments
- Complete patient registration
- Provide other administrative support to the physician practice
- Check in and check out patient
- Verify insurances
